For high-quality gas smoking and barbecuing, the Southern Pride SP-700 stainless steel gas rotisserie smoker - 150,000 BTU is the perfect tool! The convection air system implements a 44 kW burner that ignites 2-3 fireplace-sized logs to heat the smoker cabinet and the firebox to the desired temperature needed to achieve maximum texture, aroma, and delectable flavors. The fan in the convection system draws smoke from the firebox and circulates it all throughout the smoker cooking cabinet while the Subterthermic flue works to increase smoky flavor and heat efficiency while decreasing wood usage.

This smoker is crafted entirely from sturdy stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning, durability, and longevity of use. The SP-700 comes standard with (6) 3-tier rack hangers that hold a maximum of (18) 12" x 48" chrome plated product racks with 3 1/2" spacing. Other configurations include (4) 3-tier rack hangers that hold a maximum of (12) 18" x 48" chrome plated product racks with 3 1/2" spacing. Additionally, a digital thermostat allows you to adjust the cook temperature within a range of 140-325 degrees Fahrenheit. The smoker will maintain consistent temperature throughout the cook cycle to guarantee dependable, delectable results.

Designed to be extremely accessible, the SP-700 features a rotisserie that can be advanced using either the rotisserie advance button or the rotisserie foot pedal for simple hands-free operation. The convection fan access door allows the fan blade to be accessed from the outside of the smoker for quick and easy cleaning to ensure proper airflow and to prevent the fan motor from failing.
