Choose a quality and reliable roaster with this Meadow Creek PR72GT 72" gas pig roaster with trailer. This convenient and highly efficient unit can roast a whole pig with a live weight of up to 325 lb. quickly and easily! It does not require turning the meat, making it great for beginners. This roaster is versatile and can roast anything in a low and slow manner of roasting. It is extremely spacious and can roast up to 44 pork butts or 60 whole chickens using the second-tier grate. This roaster is gas-fired. A 30 lb. tank will support approximately 13 hours of cooking at a temperature of about 300-325 degrees. This roaster sports a cooking grate that is constructed with high-quality T304 stainless steel. This material is durable, food-grade, rust-resistant, and extremely easy to clean!
The 70" x 24" grate and 70" x 22" second-tier grate add an impressive amount of cooking space to this roaster. This unit also includes a stainless steel thermometer that is calibratable and built into the lid. It sports a 1" pipe burner and a gas safety valve with a pilot. The slanted drip pan allows grease to be drained to the outside of the unit using a drip tube. The body of the grill is made with 13-gauge welded steel that sports a matte black finish that is sleek and heat-resistant. This versatile box smoker is welded onto a sturdy trailer. It sports a 2" ball hitch and comes with safety chains for convenient transport. The wheel jack is heavy-duty, while the rubber torsion axles and tires are entirely road-worthy. This extremely mobile unit has reflector strips, DOT-compliant flush-mount LED lights, and a VIN plate, allowing you to get out on the road with minimal extra effort. The 8" highway wheels and 18" tires are sturdy and practical. This roaster is perfect for commercial catering applications!
