Approximately 25-30 lb. of charcoal should be used to cook the first rack of up to 40 lb. of chicken and 10-15 lb. should be added for a second rack. This spacious unit has a cooking area of 880 sq. in., while its flat grate has a cooking area of 902 sq. in. This cooker sports a grill body made of 13 gauge welded steel with a sleek, heat-resistant black finish. Its 13" tires make this unit versatile and easy to transport.
