Flush toilets without physically touching them using Zurn Elkay's ZEMS6000AV-HET AquaSense exposed diaphragm high efficiency toilet flush valve. The quiet-type diaphragm in the flush valve makes for a softer sounding flush that is less disruptive in noise sensitive settings. A hardwired attached sensor uses infrared technology to detect motion, which triggers the diaphragm for hands-free flushing. The diaphragm includes a filter that is resistant to clogs, and subsequent potential leaking. In addition, the no-leak seal technology helps cut down on service calls as well as maintenance costs.

The high efficiency valve requires only 1.28 gallons of water per flush. All gaskets are chemical resistant and will not break down due to the use of harsh cleaning agents. The ADA-compliant handle includes a high back pressure vacuum breaker, and the control stop has internal siphon-guard protection to stop possible back flow. A one-piece hex coupling nut and spud coupling make for easy servicing, while an adjustable tailpiece makes installation easier.
