With this kit, you'll be able to renovate your lavatory's data tracking infrastructure by introducing the plumbSMART portal. And, you can implement this new technology without having to replace entire fixtures. Integrating this equipment into your lavatory enables you to track important trends, alerts, and data that ensure efficient water expenditure within your establishment as well as identify moments to perform preventative maintenance.
The secure web portal offers real-time, uninterrupted alerts and information that keeps you updated all day, every day. It is compatible with standard ZEMS units, excluding ZEMS-IS. In order to access the plumbSMART portal, a Zurn Elkay gateway (sold separately) needs to be installed within 1000' of the connected products; one gateway can be used to connect and monitor hundreds of Zurn Elkay plumbing products. Once all is set up, all the information is accessible through a mobile device. The device's endpoint and Y-cable are included to easily connect your flush valve to the internet.
