This Zoll 8900-0810-01 Pedi-Padz II HVP multi-function electrode pad set is a perfect companion to your AED Plus or AED Pro unit! Your AED relies on the electrode pads to deliver a shock to patients, so it is important to replace the pads if they are nearing their expiration date, and to have an extra set of electrode pads onhand in the event that you have to use the AED. This electrode pad set contains clear color-coded diagrams that show you where to place each pad, which saves you valuable time and helps responders administer treatment with confidence. The HVP (high viscosity polymer) gel also reduces skin effects by up to 96% over other electrode designs, for better patient comfort. This pad set is intended for use on patients 8 years old or younger, and who weigh less than 55 lb. It has a 1.5-year life. The AED will automatically adjust the prompts and energy level in each shock once it detects this pediatric pad.
