This Zoeller Oil Guard sump system removes water from elevator sumps, transformer vaults, boat hulls, or other applications where water may be contaminated by oil. With the ability to tell the difference between oil and water, this system helps protect the environment from contamination by removing only contaminated water from the basin. This complete system includes a 4/10 hp pump, an Oil Smart pump switch, and an Oil Smart alarm. Its simple plug-and-play design makes for easy installation.

This system includes an N152 nonautomatic pump to effectively remove water. Its switch case, motor housing, and pump housing are made of durable cast iron with a powder-coated epoxy finish to withstand demanding applications. Plus, its handle and hardware are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel for additional strength. This pump comes with a 6' jacketed cord for oil resistance, and it requires a 115V electrical connection for operation. It features ASME A17.1 compliant controls.

The included Oil Smart industrial-grade piggyback pump switch includes sensor probes made of high-quality 304 stainless steel. These probes can distinguish between oil and water, and they are designed to run the pump when they sense water and turn it off when they sense air. This system also includes an Oil Smart NEMA 4X alarm panel, which sounds an audible alarm if the liquid level is too high. It has indicator lights that illuminate red to indicate a problem, yellow to indicate high oil, or white to indicate high water. This alarm includes a 20' power cord, and it requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
