Prime surfaces with this Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 all-surface primer! This high-performance, water-base primer creates a smooth, uniform base for paint. It is designed for commercial and industrial applications, and it works on interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and railings. It adheres to bare or painted surfaces such as wood, drywall, galvanized metal, and concrete and dense glossy surfaces such as enamel paints, laminates, and ceramic tile. Formulated with stain-blocking resins, this primer effectively seals and blocks stains such as rust, graffiti, tannin bleed, and grease. It also seals odors, inhibits rust, and provides a mold- and mildew-resistant barrier.

This primer features a neutral white color that is ultra high hiding to cover dark colors and most stains. It features a low-odor, flexible acrylic formula, and it offers great flow and leveling. It sticks to all surfaces without sanding and provides 50% greater adhesion. It can be applied in temperatures down to 35 degrees Fahrenheit, and it dries in only 1 hour. This primer has a practical coverage of approximately 450 sq. ft. per gallon on non-porous surfaces or 350 sq. ft. per gallon on porous surfaces.
