Whether you want to remove excess moisture from the air or from a recently flooded location, this XPOWER commercial dehumidifier will make the job significantly easier. This dehumidifier is ideal in humid locations such as basements, in water damage restoration, and in mold or mildew mitigation jobsites. Using low grain refrigerant, this dehumidifier pre-cools the air intake for more effective water removal, which results in drier processed air and more energy-efficient operation. It can remove as much as 165 pints of water per day in a setting at 80 degrees Fahrenheit with 60% relative humidity, or 280 pints in a setting at 90 degrees Fahrenheit with 90% relative humidity.

This high-performance unit can operate in a large range of temperatures ranging from 33 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. When the water collection becomes full, the auto-purge system will utilize a built-in water pump to automatically drain the collection through the included 40' drainage hose. This eliminates the necessity to constantly monitor the unit and manually empty it when it is at capacity. A recessed digital control panel monitors the current humidity and operating time. The automatic speed control adjusts the fan speed based on the relative humidity and ambient temperature level of the room.

This unit creates up to 476 CFM of warm, dry air while only using 10.2 amps of power. This dehumidifier's housing is constructed of durable roto-molded polyethylene, and it has rugged wheels and a telescoping handle for easy mobility. A 25' power cord allows you stray further from outlets without needing an extension cord. It also includes a convenient power cord / drainage hose compartment for compact storage. It meets OSHA requirements, and it requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
