This stuff is so goood! I use this a lot for an overnight low/slow cook of pork butt. There is tons of other stuff I put it in also. Baked beans, soups, casseroles, etc.

Add that barbecue touch to your dishes with ease thanks to this Wright's hickory liquid smoke. Just a little bit of this liquid smoke brings an authentic char-grilled taste to your tender and juicy meats. Best of all, there's no need for time-consuming outdoor grilling. The slow-roasted hickory taste rivals the flavor produced from a real smoker, and is the perfect touch to marinades and sauces for ribs, chicken, and other meat. It's even great for seasoning your signature stews and burgers.
Each bottle of this liquid smoke is a concentrate made from the actual smoke of hickory wood. Best of all, because it's a concentrate you can control the amount of smoky flavor in your foods, from making it a subtle hint to creating a full and robust taste. This liquid smoke also contains no salt, fat, or artificial colors, so you can feel good about serving it to your customers. Always keep this hickory liquid smoke on hand in your kitchen to add a big barbecue taste to your popular dishes!
