I love this sauce! I LOVE horseradish, so I'm picky when it comes to sauces; quite often they are too mayonnaise-y & don't have a good horseradish flavor, but this definitely has good flavor. It's not too spicy, but it has a little zip to it & even has some "fibers" in it. I serve it on the side with our paninis on our food truck. It's popular, so I'll definitely buy it again! Totally recommend!
