It's divided into three distinct sections to serve you in a variety of ways.

The two doors are mounted with a continuous piano hinges and open fully to reveal a middle section of shelves and columns of shelves on either side that roll open on non-locking, through-bolt casters. The center section features a drop-down door with two specialized brackets that allow it to open down at a 90-degree angle to serve as a standing desk for typing, writing, or grading papers. This compartment is perfect for keeping a laptop and can support up to 100 lb. The shelves vary in size to accommodate books, bags, classroom supplies, and personal belongings. When you're finished, just close up the door and lock it with the included key. All of the cabinet doors are connected with continuous piano hinges to prevent pinched fingers.

The center column of the cabinet features 1 fixed shelf under an adjustable shelf at the top and a 1 fixed shelf below 2 columns of adjustable shelves and 4 cubbies at the bottom. The side columns have an abundance of space-saving storage with 8 adjustable shelves and 8 fixed shelves. This cabinet comes with a total of 12 clear plastic trays, including 4 Gratnells. The cabinet is made from 3/4" thermofused melamine with a maple finish, giving it a reliable construction and understated style that blends perfectly with almost any decor. Some assembly is required.
