Just insert the pencil down into the unit and continue writing with a newly sharpened tip seconds later! The Sharp Sense technology will alert you when the pencil tip is optimally sharpened, helping to prevent oversharpening and broken tips.

To prevent a mess on your desk, a reservoir is built-in, which collects pencil shavings and eliminates the need to vacuum or painstakingly pick the pieces up by hand. Plus, the see-through design provides maximum visibility, showing you when the reservoir is full and needs emptied. For your safety, the action of removing the reservoir automatically shuts off the unit. Four AA batteries (sold separately) are required for operation.
