The perfect addition to any buffet line, this Wells 5P-BMW206RTDAFU bottom mount hot food well holds a 12" x 20" food pan of your tastiest pasta, mouthwatering veggies, and more at just the right temperature for serving! This unit boasts an autofill feature that maintains the proper water level in the pan using a water sensor and solenoid valve. It comes with a warming pan made of deep drawn stainless steel, a tubular heating element for fast, reliable heating, and it can operate dry or wet for maximum versatility. Additionally, an included drain makes it easy to dispose of waste water.
Its positive-off thermostat controls come in a recessed, stainless steel remote panel, letting you customize installation to suit your needs. And for maximum efficiency, this round corner food well is fully insulated. 208/240V, 1240/1650W.
