Complete junk. The first you notice when you take it out of the box is how flimsy it is. The plastic case flexes and bends when you pick it up. Bought a case of knives, forks and spoons to fill. It jams all the time and has to be opened and reset. Sometimes the utensil does not dispense correctly so, naturally, the customer tries to dispense another. Not unusual to find 10-15 utensils in the dispenser well. Had to go back and buy wrapped plastic utensil sets. This thing is coming off the wall and going in the trash.

Love this utensil dispenser. You can use the dispensers for any utensil you’d like, they are versatile. Keeps things clean and we don’t have to worry about the utensil being contaminated.

We stopped using this because it kept getting jammed.

What good is a dispenser when you are busy and it jams up all the time? Complete waste of money. Very inconvenient for the staff and customer.

Best new addition to my hot sauce shop. Now customers can easily do their own sampling by simply pressing a lever to get another spoon. 5 Stars all the way!

This and the other I bought are absolute junk. It hangs up all the time which causes a big waste of utensils.

first of all thanks for sending this junk that i ordered, its not very good, i used this product wego for 2 weeks of october 2021 it broked so i trashed it. the 2nd one i used in november 2021 that jammed up and when i fixed it the button broked this is shenanigan

For the price it works great for our needs. Compared to other types it much cheaper. But we use it all summer long at a snack shack. Silverware does get jammed once in awhile but easy to fix.

I love how this helps keep things organized and way more sanitary. One press of a button and you have your utensil instead of everyone trying to touch them

This dispenser is worth every penny. This allows a 100% contact free loading of the silverware by a built in hanger support. The bonus of this setup is you only buy the silverware you need. Don't waste your money buying an assorted box to get the quality forks you need only to be left with a bunch of spoons and knives.
