This Watts Under Sink Guardian 3/8" thermostatic mixing valve is designed to maintain and limit mixed hot water to a desired and selectable temperature. It features 3/8" male compression joint connections and a durable brass body construction with internally lubricated EPDM O-rings / seals and a copper / stainless steel thermostat assembly. This valve is a direct replacement for the one that comes with select hot water source applications, and it's used to replace a worn or broken part.

Cross Sense technology offers color-changing temperature indicators at the inlet points for crossflow detection at the hot and cold inlets. This helps signal cross-connection anomalies to reduce the risk of scalding, making this mixing valve perfect for controlling water temperature in safety-critical environments such as hospitals, schools, and senior care facilities. With dual check valves and strainers in a replaceable cartridge assembly, it ensures simple temperature regulation with minimal pressure loss.

This compact mixing valve is perfect for installation beneath sinks and counters. has a temperature range of 80 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit and a minimum flow rate of 0.25 GPM. The minimum supply pressure static is 30 PSI with a maximum pressure of 150 PSI. It has a hot inlet temperature range of 120 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit and a cold inlet temperature range of 39 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Designed for easy installation and maintenance, this thermostatic mixing valve increases efficiency and reduces downtime. It includes a cold water cap for three-port applications.
