These spreader works great. They spread the crepe batter easily and evenly. There is no uneven crepes in our cafe because of this gadget. Highly recommend.
We much prefer these crepe trowels to the wooden ones because the batter doesn't stick to these. The wooden ones that came with our krampouz crepe makers were not good fit for us and I think they require a ton more practice and skill to use properly as opposed to these metal ones.
