The Waring CAC 123 Butterfly Agitators are perfect for soft serve shakes! They blend quicker and with an even consistency. For hand dipped shakes we also using Waring, but opt for the Waring 030716 Solid Agitator in those situations. Also, should be mentioned that they can be swapped easily and quickly. Also hold up well to constant use.

Agitated butterflies is my new favorite way to describe milkshakes, thanks to the title of this product. It's a niche item, to be sure - how many people have a milkshake machine these days? (Answer: not enough.) But when those machines require parts, they need to be specific. I prefer sturdy and long lasting, and this fits the bill perfectly to continue mixing the ideal chocolate malted.
