This dosing system includes 3 peristaltic pumps, one for liquid rinse aid, one for liquid detergent, and one for sanitizer. The detergent and rinse aid pumps are powered by separate triggers to ensure the proper chemical is dispensed every time. The sanitizer pump operates in parallel with the rinse aid pump and its speed, dosing time, and delay are all adjustable. This dosing system features a durable ABS plastic housing that is easy to open with frontal keys. It is designed for door- and tunnel-type warewashing machines. The detergent pump has a flow rate of 7 liters per hour, while the rinse aid and sanitizer pumps have a flow rate of 1 liter per hour.

This unit features 3 rollers and a ball bearing to ensure a 20% longer life span for the tubing and motor.
