Keep food hot and ready to serve with this Vollrath FC-4DH-04208-I 4 pan drop-in hot food well with infinite controls. This unit features an open well, dry design that doesn't require the use of water. A stainless steel shroud covers the exposed moisture-resistant element used to heat the contents of each well. The wells feature a drawn design and are insulated on all sides, including between the wells, to keep the heat contained within the well for greater heating efficiency. It can hold standard full size or fractional steam table pans up to 6" deep.

This model comes with a stainless steel control panel with individual controls and a power indicator light for each well. The control panel has a 4' tethered connection for flexible installation. This means you can install the control panel in a spot that is most convenient for your operation. For efficient installation, this model comes with mounting clips that can be used on counters up to 3" thick. Each well has an output of 750-1000W. This model requires a 208-240V electrical connection for operation.
