Vollrath FC-4DH-01120-T Details
Keep food hot and ready to serve with this Vollrath FC-4DH-01120-T 1 pan drop-in hot food well with thermostatic controls. This unit features an open well, dry design that doesn't require the use of water. A stainless steel shroud covers the exposed moisture-resistant element used to heat the contents of the well. The well features a drawn design and is insulated on all sides to keep the heat contained within the well for greater heating efficiency. It can hold standard full size or fractional steam table pans up to 6" deep.
This model comes with a stainless steel control panel and a power indicator light. The control panel has a 4' tethered connection for flexible installation. This means you can install the control panel in a spot that is most convenient for your operation. For efficient installation, this model comes with mounting clips that can be used on counters up to 3" thick. This unit has an output of 1000W and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
