I ordered several of these bus tubs but not for a food business. I am using them for some of my indoor plants as a water catch basin, as some of my plants are large and come inside during the winter. They are well made and do the job I need of them. They are very sturdy and am sure they would do well for busing, also.
Strong, sturdy and do the job they are intended for. Ours get a pretty rough treatment but they have held up fine. Easy to wash and disinfect.
These Vollrath bus tubs are great for marinading large batches of meats in! Good for transporting dirty dishes during off site catering events!! Excellent multi use item!!
