For use with Vollrath's 6 qt. square Intrigue Induction chafers, this Vollrath 46118-1 replacement glass cover serves as a direct replacement for the cover that originally came with the chafer. The cover boasts a beautiful mirror-finish and 18/8 stainless steel construction to provide easy cleaning and a one-of-a-kind look. Additionally, a see-through glass top allows for easy monitoring of the food items inside and maintenance of food quality from minimal lid opening. A versatile, integrated handle allows for effortless lifting of the cover, in addition to a slow-moving hinge design that can hold the cover closed, or keep it open at 45 or 90 degrees.
