Create a convenient serving area for cold product with the Vollrath 4-Series 36112 Signature Server® frost top serving station! The enclosed rectangular base is constructed of 18-gauge, 400-series stainless steel with an applied matte laminate. This reinforced, lightweight design adds durability and ensures mobile use. Ideal for self-serve applications, this serving station is a sleek addition to any buffet, cafeteria, or other front-of-house area.
This model includes a 46" long stainless steel top with a full frost pattern. This large surface area provides ample space to hold food pans, trays, plates, and bowls while keeping product cold. Surrounding the frosted top is a 1" wide drip trough with a drain to prevent built-up condensation. To maintain low temperatures, this unit uses efficient polyurethane foam insulation and eco-friendly R513A refrigerant. It also includes 4" casters, making it easy to store out of sight and roll out when needed. Plus, the casters include brakes, so the station doesn't move unintentionally when in use. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
