Create a convenient serving area with the Vollrath 38717 2-Series 60" black Affordable Portable cold food station with open storage. Made of 20-gauge carbon steel, the base is wrapped in black, scratch-resistant vinyl for a professional look and durable design. It's a sleek addition to any buffet, cafeteria, or other front-of-house area and even includes a buffet-style acrylic breath guard to protect against contamination.
For displaying and serving cold dishes, a 6" deep food well fits up to 4 full size food pans. This well is made of 20 gauge 300 series stainless steel and is even fortified with foamed-in-place polyurethane foam insulation for structural integrity. The seamless, one-piece well design and its 1" drain ensure easy cleaning. Below the well, an open storage space provides the perfect area for storing supplies.
For your utmost convenience, the station is set on casters to allow for mobility. These casters make the unit easy to store out of sight and roll out when needed. Plus, the casters include brakes, so the station doesn't move unintentionally when actively in use.
