The 300 series Vollrath 19186 stainless steel sheet pan adapter plate accommodates full-size 18 x 26 sheet pans allowing food items to be warmed by using moist or dry heat. This is the ideal adapter plate for serving food items such as pizza, flatbreads and appetizers fresh out of the oven! The Vollrath sheet pan adapter plate can fit over two standard drop-in hot wells.
