This gas-powered gyro machine features 107,482 BTUs of heating power, ensuring your meat is always thoroughly cooked. The two rows of nine burners (eighteen burners total) create a very fast cooking process. This increases the efficiency and output of your establishment. This unit has individual burner controls and movable burners, allowing you to move the burner closer or farther away from the meat for optimum and precise cooking. The front control panel is also intuitive and easy to use.

This gyro machine holds up to 220 lb. of meat at a time, giving you a large quantity of meat to work with throughout the day. Its 36" tall spit provides ample support for your gyro cones. This unit is made of durable stainless steel that prevents rust and corrosion. This machine is designed with the motor at the bottom of the unit to ensure protection from heating elements. The burner protection net sports rounded edges and can be easily removed, while a convenient grease drawer prevents spills. This makes cleaning the unit a breeze. The included stainless steel meat shovel also makes picking up scrap meat easy. This unit comes fitted for natural gas but is field convertible to propane. A regulator is required. The spit motor requires 120V.
