The Gelato is delicious. I cannot say anything bad about the product itself. However Webstaurant truly needs to do something about their packaging. It's bad enough when I receive syrups and sauces they're just loose, rolling around in a box, covered in glue from the packing tape they used to try and wrap them all together. Products are just haphazardly throw in a box and sent out the door. At least 50% of what I receive from Webstaurant is damaged. This product in particular, I paid full price and paid shipping, as this was not included in my membership rate. This is a FROZEN dessert being shipped to FLORIDA. The gelato arrived loose, tumbling around in this insulated box with ONE hot melted freezer pouch. ONE. The gelato was soup, leaking out of the container and all sticky. They should have used either a smaller insulated box or more freezer pouches.
