Not what we were expecting. It's super stiff and not sharp like a regular bench knife. We don't like the feel of it, so it has sunk to the bottom of our bench and bowl scraper container.

Very pleased with how heavy duty this scrapper is while still maintaining light weight and small size. It does not bend at the top but it does bend a little on the bottom.
This scraper is super sturdy! However, depending on what you are scraping, this white color could easily stain.
