This is Natalie. She’s going to show us how to install your new Convergence task chair. First things first, open up the box and get everything out. You’ll want to save the box for the rest of the installation, so don’t throw it away. Once you’ve removed all the chair parts, flip the box over to get to work. Our first step is to install the arms. Place the seat upside down on the box. Before you attempt to install the arms, make sure the lever locks are unlocked, then insert the arm into the latch, pushing it all the way in before locking the lever once more. Repeat with the other arm. Next, we’ll install the back. Insert the back into the channel on the seat making sure it’s under the steel plate, then place the three bolts provided into the holes, and tighten them down with the Allen wrench. The last thing to assemble is the base. Attach all the wheels into the base, then flip it over. Insert the cylinder before removing the red cap. We’re almost done. You’ll want to insert your base assembly, cylinder first, into the middle of the chair control before flipping the chair over. We did it the hard way. An easier way to do it would be to put your chair assembly on the ground before inserting the base assembly. That’s it! You just built a task chair. Now you can take a seat and get to work. Thanks for watching!
