How To Pack – Interleaving Video

Interleaving: Using PILLOW PAK quilt small. Interleaving is used when stacking fragile items of a similar size and shape in the same shipping container.

Begin by placing one layer of quilted packing material below the first item so that excess material comes out from under either side. Fold the quilted packing material over the first item. Place the second item on top of the first with the packing material in between them.

Continue stacking and wrapping in this manner, moving the excess from bottom to top, until all the items are protected. Fill any remaining box space with additional air cushions. Place stacked items into the box. Ship it!
