Setting up your Touchless Express takes only a few minutes. Always wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry the pump before use. Squeeze the pinch valve open, and insert it into the clear pump housing. Press the dome fully into the housing, ensuring the valve flap covers the bottom. There should be no gaps between the dome and the housing. Then, wrap the loop around the lower opening to secure the dome. Lubricate the tube with a small amount of water and push it onto the pump housing until both pegs on the housing fit into the holes on the tube.
Lubricate the tube with a small amount of water and rotate to position the connector into the tube until both pegs fit into the holes on the tube. Next, choose your discharge fitting size. Small, for thin syrups and hot sauces, medium for ketchup and most other sauces and condiments, or large for relish, tartar sauce or dressings with particulates.
Push the discharge fitting into the pump housing and place the loop over the peg to secure. To attach the pump to the pouch, hold the connector over the pouch fitment and press down. A snap indicates a secure connection and there should be no space between the pouch and the connector.
To prime the pump, squeeze the dome until food product reaches the discharge tube. Place the pump and pouch into the pouch support. Guide the pump housing into the ridges on the vessel to hold the pump in place and lift the pouch from behind to help it settle into the vessel. Align the slots in the lid with the notches on the vessel. Pull the spring release at the back of the unit to fully install the lid.
Plug the unit into a standard outlet and use the toggle switch on the back to power up the dispenser. Finish priming using the manual dispense button below the sensor. Hold your hand between 1 and 6 inches from the center eye to dispense. For more information on your Touchless Express visit our website.
