A total of 12 accessory boards are available too, as are induction pods and chafing pods. In addition, the base is available in both 7" and 10" sizes, with both designs in either a black matte or stainless steel finish. The new Diamond range, as you can see, is gastronorm size, so any gastronorm hotel pan will fit inside, any of the pods, any of the induction units, as well. We have 12 different boards that fit on so you can go from hot to cold, and in in a moment you can change your service. So literally you can have one moment induction... the next moment you're cooking on a track grill. You finish your lunch and you need to go to a carvery station; you can add a carvery board in seconds, and all of those work and all of those lock in with water pans. It is vital that you do put a water pan in for some of these to make them lock in. This gives you a stable surface for the chef to work on, and it also means that it can be changed out, but always keeping and maintaining the one unit on the table during service.
