Hello, we're here again in the kitchen of Restaurante Martin Berasategui in Lasarte, in the heart of the Basque country, and I've got a wide range of Sammic immersion blenders to show you today. Over here to my left, I have 2 different sizes of adjustable speed models. Both of them have speeds ranging from 1500 RPM to 9000 RPM. Now with these models, we have both the immersion blending arm that can be used to puree vegetables, soups, sauces, and those are easily detached and switched out for these beater whisks that we can use to make light meringues, mayonnaise, and cake batters- whatever you like. Over here to my right, are the fixed speed models, that run at a speed of 9000 RPM. We have many different sizes from the small one with a fixed non-removable arm, to all these larger models that have removable arms for easy cleaning. All the Sammic immersion blenders are ergonomically designed for ease of use. They're constructed of high quality materials, stainless steel, and are NSF certified for safety in kitchens. We have a wide range of sizes, ranging from arms of 11" to 24", and blade diameters to 2.4 to 2.7". Not only do they run at a brilliant 9000 RPM, but they can be used in containers of up to 300 qt. All of our detachable arm models are very easy to use and to clean. For example, to clean the immersion arm on this one, all you have to do is simply twist and then clean with warm water. And for the casing, nothing but wiping down with a damp cloth. And to use the whisk attachment, simply twist it back on the opposite direction. To start the machine, it's a simple manner of pushing both buttons and the machine will pulse. If you want to keep the machine running at a smooth speed, to say puree a soup, there is a locking function that will keep the machine running as you walk away. Adjusting the speed on these models is extremely easy as there's the number dial, you just give it a little twist and you're ready to go. Now we've moved to the kitchen of David de Jorge to make a very traditional Spanish dish using the Sammic immersion blender- gazpacho. I'll show you how quick and easy it's going to be using the Sammic products. to make the recipe we'll need 10 kilos of tomatoes, peeled and seeded, 20 cloves of garlic, also peeled, 10 green bell peppers, 10 cucumbers, 20 slices of bread soaked in a little bit of water, salt to taste, a liter and a half of red wine vinegar, and 2 liters of extra virgin olive oil. Now all we need to do is to put everything in the pot and use the Sammic immersion blender to make a simple and tasty gazpacho. To make our gazpacho, we're going to use the highest speed on our immersion blender. So I'm going to turn the dial to 9 and then to start the blender, I push the start button and then I'll hold this button to go into pulse mode and then to keep the blender running, I'll simply release this button and press the spiral button while releasing this button to keep it in continuous blending mode. Now, in almost no time at all, we've created a delicious and fresh-tasting gazpacho. So I'm simply going to detach the mixer here, set the motor to the side, and then I can remove the wand and just wash it in the sink. Now normally we let Gazpacho chill in the refrigerator a little bit, but I'm kind of hungry now so I'm going to try a little bit. Yum!
