APW's new product line, Champion Cookline, is perfect for any user from a restaurant to a school to a convenience store to a deli to even a country club or fast food. Our line features both radiant and char rock charbroilers as well as thermostatically controlled electric and gas griddles as well as a manual gas griddle. We also offer hot plates, step up hotplates, electric hotplates, cheesemelters, and a whole line of induction products. The three most important features to our product line are power, control, and safety. When we discuss power, we use BTUs as a measurement, and we measure at 25% more than our competition, which allows quicker heat up and faster recovery. Our second major feature is control. On our charbroilers, for instance, we use a top grate that has two levels for greater control of cooking. We utilize large, oversized knobs on the front—stainless steel knobs with set screws—and a visual port in the front so you can see and light the pilot light. Our third major feature is safety. We use a double wall construction fire box on our charbroilers, which allow for a greater temperature, which keeps the controls cool to the touch. We also have bull nose fronts, which allow cool to the touch for the operator's hands. What makes Champion Cookline even better is our clean, professional stainless steel front, our 2" heavy duty stainless steel legs, all of our units are field convertible from natural to LP, as well as a 2 year parts and labor warranty.
