First, I'd like to show you the cleaning of it. It's simple. Merely spin the black knob and tilt it back. This can be put in the dishwasher. Next spin the thumb knobs and remove the knife cartridge. Very simple. This knife cartridge comes in four sizes so that you can choose whichever French fry you would like. Next remove the rotor. Pulls right out. Finally, the spacer plate in the back. Spin it off. Very easy. And remove the plate. As you can see it less than 30 seconds to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. Thank you.
