Proper dairy bag loading. If the dairy bag is not loaded properly, the tube may start to pull back into the product case. This can cause product to leak into the valve, which is the number one reason for inaccurate dispense amounts.

Open the main door and remove the product case. This is a center spout bag. Grab the two corners and lift it up so the tube is positioned towards the front. Gently lower the bag into the product case, allowing the tube and fitment to naturally fall toward the opening. If necessary, you can adjust the bag to remove as many wrinkles as you can.

Reach in and carefully pull the tube out. Then grab a hold of the bag fitment and gently pull it out so the fitment easily fits through the opening of the product case. Do not pull the tube as if you do, the tube will most likely start to pull out of the fitment, causing product to leak.

This ring or notch here on the fitment that is closest to the bag, slide it over the product case floor to secure it in place. Be sure not to use this other ring as it will not secure properly. Make sure the tube is hanging down, pencil straight. If present, remove the plastic covering from the tube.

Open the main door and then the valve door. Grab hold of both handles and lift the product case into the dispenser. Align the tube into the center of the valve ensuring that it is not pinched by the valve door. Do not pull or stretch the tube. Do not overtighten. Close the main door. Fold the remaining tube in half and hold it.

Select the product button for the dairy bag you just loaded, and then press the smallest size button. This will pull product out of the tube and up into the bag, resulting in less mess. When the tube is cut, cut the tube on a 45 degree angle, approximately 5/8" below the bottom of the valve. If the tube is cut improperly, such as too long, it will result in dispense inaccuracy. Therefore, it is important to make sure the length of the tube is no longer than 5/8", and that it is cut on a 45 degree angle.

To recap, if your dairy bag is not loaded properly, it will affect dispense accuracy. An improperly loaded bag can lead to a dirty valve, which is the number one reason for inaccurate amounts. Remember properly cut the tube, leaving it too long will also affect dispense accuracy.
