I'm Monica. I'm Shelly, and we're a plant-based seafood company. Welcome to the Chesapeake Bay.

We started out 20 years ago in the small, nostalgic seafood industry of Virginia in a small crab shack and grew into a larger market. We really created a passion for creating seafood experiences for people.

We saw what was going on, we're putting too much pressure on the ocean, and we wanted to do something about it to make sure that the sea is around for future generations. For my children. That was our light bulb moment, that if we were going to do something truly sustainable, we think it really could be with plant-based seafood, that is when I went to my mom and I asked her to create a sustainable clean crab cake. When you've made about a million crab cakes out of crab meat, you know what you're looking for.

What she presented to me looked like a crab cake. It tasted like a crab cake. It smelled like a crab cake, but there was no crab in it, and you can only do that when you know seafood as well as we do. That's where the Mind Blown brand was born, and we have not looked back.

So the number one response that we were getting from anyone trying their product was their mind could not fathom that what they were eating was not real seafood.

There is zero shellfish in this sea scallop. We're blowing mines over here, and it's the best scallop I've ever tasted. They were literally mind-blown.

This is the best crab cake I had ever, and we knew that was the name that we had to name our brand.

We know seafood. We love seafood. Our history, our background is in seafood. Most importantly, we love the sea, and that's exactly why we're doing what we're doing.
