Hi, my name is Martin. I'm product manager at Pacojet in Switzerland, and today I'm going to introduce you to the all new Pacojet 4 and to its amazing new features. We really rethought and re-engineered the Pacojet system. We packed it with a lot of great features, helping the chef to make his life a lot easier.

Compared to former Pacojet models, we completely re-engineered the display. The display is in an angle and we thought about the usability for the Pacojet user. With that angle, you can easily operate the Pacojet and it's a real sensitive touch display. The new digital touch display works even with dirty fingers.

I have mayonaise and a glove and it still works. With multiple sensors, Pacojet 4 recognizes if you use the Pacotizing plate or the coup set, so you cannot use the wrong tool for the wrong process. A revolution in frozen food processing, the chat mode you are Pacotizing 90 seconds compared to 4 minutes. It works for certain, so to say, softer recipes like the base of sour cream ice cream.

We engineered the all new synthetic Pacotizing beakers half the price, very durable, see through so you know right away what's inside. With that comes the new lid, easy to remove and the best thing, stackable. I would like to show you another advantage, but for that we have to change location. The new synthetic Pacotizing beakers are also really durable.

You can even throw them on the floor. The beaker is not damaged. If you would have your chrome Pacotizing beaker, that would have a dent and you could throw it in the garbage. Many Pacotizing beakers is the keys to success. You widen the usability of your Pacojet and the return of investment is made in no time. The entremetier has his day off and the pastry chef needs to fill in.

It's no problem with the Pacojet 4 under the favorites, you have your recipe settings. For the cashew mousse, the pastery chef just hits the button and he has the right settings to have the perfect results. You need always some sort of cleaning detergent.
