The oven must be cleaned every day after use. It is recommended a more frequent cleaning in case of heavy use. Regular cleaning avoids the formation of grime and makes the next process easier. An incorrect cleaning procedure can affect the equipment components' useful life. In the worst-case scenario, it can cause combustion incidents.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) you'll need: rubber gloves, mask, protective goggles, apron. Required materials: Oven cleaner, oven protector, vinegar, mild soap, a damp cloth and a dry cloth, non-scratch sponge.

Cleaning steps: Press the "daily cleaning guide" option. Open the oven door and wait until it cools down to the temperature shown on the display. Remove the oven rack, the bottom jet plate, and the catalytic converter. Apply the oven cleaner to the oven rack and the bottom jet plate and let it soak. Soak the catalytic converter in warm water with mild soap. Wipe the chamber with a clean, damp cloth to remove the remaining dirt and cool it down a little more. Apply the oven cleaner to the inside of the door and the chamber walls. Let it soak for 5 minutes. Use a non-scratch sponge to remove the remaining dirt. Rinse the equipment with a damp cloth. After rinsing, wipe it with a cloth containing vinegar. Apply the oven protector and spread it with a dry cloth. Rinse the oven rack, the bottom jet plate, and the catalytic converter in running water. Install the catalytic converter, the bottom jet plate, and the oven rack in this order.

Use a non-scratch sponge with detergent to remove the remaining dirt. Rinse the filter with running water. Dry and install the bottom air filter on the oven.
