Hey everybody! Austin here from Mytee Products. I've got a quick how-to video for you today. We're talking about the 1600 Focus vapor steamer, looking at how to get it set up. Let's go ahead and get started.

Okay, so, we've got the machine here, want you to have it unboxed. Step 1 is to connect to power. Got my cord here, and I'm going to connect it to a grounded outlet. Once I connect to a grounded outlet with enough power, I'm going to see this light up, letting me know that it's good to go.

Okay, so, now that we have the Focus plugged in, the next step is going to be filling it with water. I've got a bucket here, and you want to make sure to fill it up with enough distilled water to cover the inlet filter at the bottom of the tank. It's important to use distilled water, because if you don't, you're going to get a mineral build-up on the inside of the heating kettle, and it's going to rob you of that heating performance.

Now that we have power and we have water, it's time to get it running. The Focus has a single operating switch; we're going to hit that. Now, if your kettle is completely empty, you might hear the pump switch on right away. if you don't hear anything, don't worry. As long as this light right here turns on, that tells me that the heating kettle is on and heating. I'm going to give it about 8-10 minutes before it's up to temperature and ready for us to get going.

Alright, so, it's been about 8-10 minutes, and the light here has turned off for me, letting me know that the kettle is up to temperature. I'm ready to get going here. I can grab the gun, and you want to make sure that the line gets primed. There might still be some water in there, so you're going to want to point it into the tank for the first few blasts, until you start producing steam. There we go. So, now, I'm producing lots of steam. And you will hear the pump inside kick on intermittently. That's going to be the autofill filling up your kettle, keeping you producing steam until the job is done.

Okay guys, so now, last step after we're doing cleaning, you're going to want to make sure you hit the same switch to turn the machine off, and we can drain out any excess fresh water left in the tank using this cap right here. You're going to unscrew it. Put the cap back on (after draining the water), and we're all done. Thanks for watching, guys!
