Whenever needed, the help key displays an explanation of features, which can be printed for constant reference. Because it's programmable, the calculator can be set to the operator's local time, date, tax rates, language, and other relevant information. Plus, the text keys allow the user to customize up to 6 messages to display or print. These could include anything from your company slogan to a simple "Thanks for your business!"
To support a variety of business applications, the device includes functions to help process loans, taxes, and cost/sell/margin calculations. For the latter, inputting two of the variables allows the device to compute the third. Up to 25 of your most recent transactions can also be printed for reference, thanks to the text/reprint key. This serves to temporarily back-up work to prevent short-term data loss.
