This refrigerated buffet table features 11 cu. ft. of internal storage space to hold serving spoons, food pans, and other buffet necessities, while the top accommodates (9) 1/3 size condiment pans for easy service. For your convenience, this unit comes standard with a set of (9) 1/3 sized pans so you can get your buffet service up and running right away. The interior houses two shelves to help organize supplies, and the top includes pans to display product.

As part of Turbo Air's J Series, this unit boasts a stainless steel exterior and a stainless steel interior floor. This construction adds style and durability to your equipment line-up and is especially excellent in high-volume applications. Plus, for long-lasting reliability, the floor ensures that the inevitable spill or leak won't corrode the unit. And for interior access, two self-closing doors are outfitted with magnetic gaskets, which ensure a consistent, secure seal when shut.

Featuring Turbo Air's revolutionary hot gas condensate system, the condensate system surfaces in this unit are treated to resist corrosion. Corrosion-resistance makes the system more efficient, eliminates the danger of refrigerant leakage and the overflow of condensate water. Ultimately, it provides you with peace of mind and ensures your unit lasts longer.

To maintain safe, cool temperatures, a 1/3 hp side mount compressor circulates eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, which boasts an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. Together, the refrigeration system keeps temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Because the compressor is side mounted, it's fast and easy to access for service. Plus, the front grille cover is easy to remove without tools and comes with cleaning brush to encourage and simplify maintenance. And during the initial installation, remember to take advantage of the front-breathing design and maximize kitchen space; this unit safely operates in narrow spaces where other units can't fit due to clearance requirements. It also comes mounted on 4" casters to easily roll away from the wall for cleaning.

To simplify operation, digital temperature controls are located on the front of the table where they're easy to access and monitor through the day. The unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
