Plus, the lights inside this cabinet are safety shielded to prevent breakage.

The construction of this unit is designed with commercial use in mind. It features a sleek stainless steel exterior and an interior made of white powder-coated cold rolled steel material. Additionally, the interior is fortified with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that helps provide structural rigidity and maintain internal temperatures. This unit features a pull-out condensing unit for simple maintenance and cleaning.

The sliding glass doors on the back of the unit provide excellent product visibility. Plus, the sliding style doors require less clearance than that of a swinging door and are less obtrusive for easier loading/unloading. This unit includes three heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves that are adjustable to help organize your ingredients in an efficient way. Each shelf has a weight capacity of 150 lb. and all together they can hold up to (6) 18" x 26" pans and (8) 12" x 18" pans (sold separately)!

This refrigerated bakery display case features a factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tube refrigeration system using high-performance R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. R-290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. This 1/2 hp refrigeration system has two temperature range options, including the standard 33-40 degrees Fahrenheit for cold bakery items and the optimal 42-65 degrees Fahrenheit for items that don't need to be as cold such as chocolate and wine.

This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
