Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) surge protectors are ideal for sustaining electronics through a black or brown out. This system is able to absorb up to 420 joules of electrical energy. It also provides 2 1/2 minutes at 900 watts or 10 minutes of 450 watts of backup power. This allows you to either wait out short power outages or gives you the time to safely power down sensitive electronics. Or just connect your wireless router to continue internet connectivity during power outages.

Each system has built in alarms and LEDs to give status information regarding battery operation and power status. The outlets are widely spaced to accommodate large plugs without blocking or covering up other outlets. It also has a USB interface to connect the surge protector to a computer monitor to keep an eye on power management. This connection also allows the surge protector to automatically save files. Its ultra-compact, low-profile case saves space and it can be placed on a desk, floor, or even be wall mounted!

This UPS system comes with 12 outlets for connecting fax, modem, or phone cords! Six of the outlets provide UPS backup power and surge protection while the other size outlets offer surge protection only.
