It includes an automatic thermostat ranging from 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit to regulate your attic's temperature and to provide a comfortable environment. The 1/12 hp motor reaches up to 1000 CFM for spaces up to 1600 sq. ft.

To save valuable space, this rugged ventilator mounts to the ceiling of your attic. It features a durable black powder-coated metal dome and base to withstand the outdoor elements. Plus, it includes a screen to keep out insects and birds. This unit requires a 120V, 1 phase electrical connection. It must be hardwired; a cord and plug are not included.
