Town 39310 10 Liter Water Boiler - 120V

I have been a webstaurant customer for years and never had any problems with products i ordered. However, this terrible experience destroyed everything. I never had to use customers service before because i had no problem. The true attitude always comes out when your products got issues. They refused to return this boiler for me. The day we got the boiler and we filled it with water and found out the faucet is leaking so i contact the customer service. They refused to exchange or return the item but did offer mailing a new faucet to me and expected me to replace the faucet myself. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? people like us running business do not want mess around with this kind of problem. Just send me a new one or return it. Look at the return policy. Liar Liar Liar

Such a valuable piece of equipment for me. I have it running for 8 or 9 hours a day to keep water up to temp for my customers tea needs.

I purchased this water boiler less than two months ago and it is already broken! As a restaurant owner who serves hot tea to customers daily, this is very disappointing.

I have a few issues with this water heater/dispenser. At first look it appeared to be exactly what I needed for my business, but with it in my possession I can see that it is poorly constructed, and dangerous to use. For one, the outside is not insulated so when it contains boiling water you can't touch the outside without getting burned. The lid is made of plastic, which is disappointing. And Immediately upon opening the package, the temp control knob fell off leaving a metal rod in its place. I thought, well that is cheaply made but no big deal, so I went to push the knob back onto the metal rod that was protruding, and low and behold the metal rod is not fixed in place and when even a small amount of pressure is put on it it recesses back into the unit making it inaccessible. Unfortunately I was away on business when this came, and I missed the return window so I'm stuck with it.

Good product. Works well, got a full tank heated to 212 F in half an hour. Will buy more for the beverage business. Worth the money.

I own a coffee shop and use this water kettle to heat up my water. For the wear and tear that I put on this thing, it has performed very well. This is not made for high capacity use, but I would definitely recommend it.

I use this water heater for tea. It is great and keeps nice and elagent. It dispenses the water very well. Recommend it to all restaurants

The Town Water Boiler has been a life saver for us. Serving 100 plus pots of tea per day, we couldn't live without it. The water boils and every pot is hot and ready to steep our 70+ flavors of tea.

This has been a lifesaver for my concession stand. We had a home use one that was smaller and constantly had to refill on our busy cold nights. The capacity for this unit is just what we need, and if we do need to refill the unit heats up quickly. The ability to adjust temperature is a plus.

So far this thing is awesome for brewing our teas and coffees! Its exactly what we were looking for! It heats 2 gallons of water in about ten minutes and keeps it hot all day long! We are high volume restaurant and we needed something to hold a great deal of water and keep it hot. We've tried non industrial methods of water heating and they always break in a month. This is defiantly a breath of fresh air for our staff.

Bought this for our tea service. Heats up quickly and keeps the hear. Be careful touching the top the steam escape and top gets hot.

This water boiler worked as expected for the time that it worked. After nearly five months, it decided enough was enough and stopped turning on. This product does apparently come with a three-month warranty.

Good control temperature. easy to clean and good size. it's good for small restaurant to use it. Thank you for this product. and we love it.

This product was fantastic and such a convenience for our busy restaurant! It heated up quickly and held a great quantity of water for us! Then, after just 2 weeks, it just stopped working! Would love someone to contact us for a replacement. Hoping this was just some fluke. Seems like a great product!

It's the perfect size and does exactly what we need it to do. The control works well to hold the water at the desired temperature. HOWEVER, This unit should be able to handle daily use but the plastic lid became brittle and disintegrated little by little. The lid was thrown in the trash and we now have a lid from a stock pot resting over the top to help keep the heat in... but I'll be replacing the unit anyway, because the 'seams' did not hold up and water leaks 24 hrs/day. We keep a half pan under it to act as a drip tray and dump it frequently. It worked so well when we first received it so I'm giving 3 stars 'for the memories'!

We offer French Press coffee and used to boil water in an electric water kettle where we would need to wait for the water to boil before pouring into the French Press. This is so much better as it's immediate access to hot water for French Press so we can deliver French Press coffee to tables immediately. Yes, the outside is hot but it's a called a water boiler so don't touch it and you won't have a problem. You wouldn't touch the outside of a pot of boiling water, right?

Bought this for work events and people love it! It makes enough water to serve large parties or I can put into separate dispensers for smaller audiences.

Excellent product. Used it for a wedding of 200 guests n everything went great. The water was kept very hot n we were able to use it for tea n instant coffee. Absolutely love it.

I bought this item a few months ago and after I cleaned it automatically stopped working. the light doesn't turn on and the water doesn't heat up. I am boiling water with a pot now and it is hurting my business. so sad.

this town 18 liter water boiler heats up water really quick work extremely well and keeps water at the set temperature very well. great value as well

This boiler is very reasonable, but it works well. I used over a year, but have never had any issues. It's good product for the price.

We are a church so we only use the boiler on Sundays to serve tea to the members. We started using it in June and ti worked really well, but it stopped working in Nov (2 weeks ago). The indicator light says it is boiling, but the water is stone cold. Can you help us ?

We sell coffee for our local Farmer's Market. We French Press all our coffee the morning of the market. It was a logistical feat to be able to have enough hot water ready. We fill this Boiler up the night before and set it to half way warm. When we get up we turn it the rest of the way up. By the time we're done filling the carafes with coffee grounds this guy is boiling and ready to fill them! What a great time saver!

Good size water boiler, it is light weight and works very well. However, a few months after usage we recognize some rusting inside the boiler... not sure if it is high quality but can't beat the price.
