Town 39110 10 Liter Water Boiler - 120V

Already broken. I would like to buy the compartment, but it is not sold separately. Keeps warm syrup for a long time, but the valve is too weak.

The equipment ship on time .. great equipment , great support from the Supplier. Will order again The manufacture provide great support at time of deliver and installation

It's really nice to be able to have a hot water unit instead of having to use the coffee machine where it wood take up space on it. Now we can use this and have more options with the hot water unit.

The water boiler really heat up the water fast. but, its could get really hot from outside. We have to really careful when using it.

I just have this Town for half year and it's broken already. It seems for residence not for commercial . I don't recommend this Hot water Town.

Love the product, however, I purchased 2 of these. I keep one at 180 degrees and the other at 205 degrees. I bought them in December, starting using them in my business in January. The Lids have melted and disintegrated, leaving me with just the heaters and no lids. I am hoping to find a replacement lid or contact the manufacturer.

I use this 18L hot water boiler for events for my business and it keeps up with me nicely. I would definitely recommend this product.

Does a great job at heating water quickly. If we put hot sink water in it, it reaches max temperature in about 10mins. The outside does get hot so beware but for this low price, I’m not complaining. They are on for 13 hours a day for us and we have to replace them about once a year.

For a simple little water boiler we've been happy with this. We use it in our off-site events to keep plenty of hot water on hand.

We purchased this unit at the end of April of 2017 and put it into weekly use at the beginning of May. It stopped working the first week of January of 2018. We are a church that used it only one morning a week for about two hours, and it simply has not held up to even very light use. The manufacturer warranty is only three months! That's only roughly a month more than the seller's 60 day return policy. In short, you are on your own on this one after three months. If three months of use is worth the price, then it is a great unit. It worked great for us when it was new. If you want any longevity or customer support in the event that it fails, it will cost you around 4 times the price.

Exactly what we needed. Has a great temperature adjustable knob on the side for our various types of tea. Will definitely purchase more in the future.

I purchased this for use not in a kitchen, but in a lab setting where we need boiling water readily available. The unit is small for how much water it holds, and is great quality. Warm up time for a full load to boil was 47 minutes. We use de-ionized water in it so we will almost never have to clean it. I highly recommend it,

just bought 2 of this item. just got in the mail today. overall, they look ok. it's inexpensive so there are plenty of plastic parts on it. the water spout is also plastic. kinda skeptical regarding the longevity of the product. long story short. one item is working, the other one doesn't. plug it in and nothing. so safe to say that 50% of my order doesn't work. but here where my frustration come from When you get a product and its not working, the first person you will contact is the person you purchase it from. A good customer service provider would say, "we will send you another one immediately so that your operation won't be down for so long", while you can send that item back to the distributor and they can deal with the manufacture.  Read More

great water boiler. It actually leaves the water piping hot as long as it is plugged in. The 8 hour rule must mean if you were to turn it off. I am in need of constant hot water for my cafe so this really helps.

More than done its job and totally worth the price so far. Seems like it will stand the test of time. If you want to keep more durable, use distilled water... But after a year its still kicking!
