An attractive and inexpensive alternative to stainless steel, this melamine pan is extremely durable and made to accommodate both cold and hot food applications. It even boasts anti-jam edges that allow for extra space around corners, making the pan easy to stack or remove from steam tables and chafers. Plus, it has skid-resistant feet on the bottom to reduce sliding and movement.
