Best breading to use. We mix with Kate Butter milk and then toss it in the mix again after. We are now the talk of the town with the best chicken in the city! We use this mix for both our nuggets and tenders and won’t change a thing about it! We go through 200lb chicken per day since switching to this batter

I am simply surprised how good this Texas breading mix is. I fried 8 drumsticks and they tasted fantastic. No more mixing separate spices with my house blend of breading that I have been using for years. Will be purchasing again. Next up Catfish !!
